If my
product is very small and all I would be storing with you is a small box, do I need to
pay for a whole cubic meter of storage every month?
No, we don't round up, for example if you box
is 0.2 cubic meter you would only pay $2.00 per month since it's
$10.00 per cubic meter.
When we ship our goods to you in the US do we need to
pay customs?
Most products can
be imported to the US without any customs or tariffs, but
there may be some inspection fees and processing fees charged
by the US customs department. Usually these fees are flat rates and
unrelated to the size of the shipment and range from $50 up to $200. Some
products are subject to tariffs though, check with us if you're not
sure.
How
do we pay?
We send you a bill at the end
of each month and you can either send a check to our US headquarters
in Long Beach or you can transfer money to our bank account in Thailand.
Do you also serve companies that are not based in Thailand?
Yes of course, but we are set up specifically to
serve Thai companies. We have Thai people working for us
that of course speak Thai, we also have well
established relations with a number of service providers in Thailand that we work closely
with.
